How to Consign

Do you take men's consignment?

Starting January 2025 we only take women's and young-adult girl and unisex categories. We WILL NOT be accepting men's categories .

What conditions and brands do you accept?

  • We are taking spring items from Jan. 25th, Summer from Feb. 30th.
  • We are liquidating our men's category, therefore, no longer accepting men's
  • Clean and fresh, free from Odors on hangers
  • Items no older than 5 years
  • Pressed and wrinkle free
  • Gently used or new condition/ no rips, stains, tears or missing button
  • Trendy (we adjust items to fit the present needs of the sales floor)
  • Please prepare your jewelry items with the brand/designer written and in a zip lock bag or in box
  • We accept high end and luxury brands such as Tory Burch, Ralph Lauren, Anthropologie brands (Ex.: Maeve, Pilcro, Farm Rio), Nordstorm Brands, Eileen Fisher, Coach, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, and many more
  • Brands we DO NOT accept are brands purchased from Target, Kohl's, Shein, at Old Navy, or on Amazon. We only take a few of these items in rare occasions.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes! We will begin operating our consignment process by appointment only until further notice.

How many items can I bring at a time?

25 items is the limit per day.

How long is the consignment period?

Our consignment period is 90 days.

What happens with unsold items?

Unsold items may be picked up at the end of the consignment period. Uncollected items will be donated to local non-profits or recycled without notice. Consignors are responsible for collecting their wanted unsold items on time. FlairTRADE will not send out reminder notices.

Where do I find the agreement terms?

You can PREVIEW our agreement by clicking on "Consignor Agreement" on the top of this web page. You will be asked to read and sign it in store when you bring in your consignment the first time.

How do I view my consignor account?

To see your items, balance and any other account information, please logon to:

Enter the email address you provided to our team,  you will then be sent a code via your email to logon.  

How do I receive my payout?

We do payouts via Zelle.

Once you are enrolled with Zelle, please email owner@flairtradeconsign.com to request your payout. Put "payout" in the subject line.

You may use this link below for instructions on how to sign up for Zelle or call your bank to link your account with Zelle. We do not need your banking information.
